Dr. Singh's research explores genetic and epigenetic factors associated with complex diseases and phenotypes. His team uses genetically modified mice to model childhood diseases such as fetal alcohol spectrum disorders; he also studies the role of de novo mutations using copy number variations and complete genome sequences in the occurrence, prevalence, and severity of neurodevelopmental disorders.
